DEC Educational Agency has been operating since 1999, and has three branches in the following two countries: Ukraine (Kiev, Dnepropetrovsk) and Moldova (Chisinau). The both markets offer sustain opportunities for international education providers.

DEC is aimed to help the students interested in studying abroad, and offers complete range of consulting services:

- we provide our customers qualified international consultations within education field including detailed information on the study options available at numerous universities, colleges and schools;

- assist students in the choice of right courses combination, educational establishment, and country;

- supplement with up-to-date visa application requirements, facilitate visa obtaining, travel arrangements, and liaison with educational institutions regarding airport transfer and accommodation;

- assure an individual approach to every student taking into account his or her needs, wishes and abilities.

We have sound knowledge of the study-abroad market and wide experience in enrolling students. Expertly familiar with the working procedures of all embassies that grant visas to our students, we have impeccable reputation and near 100% visa approval rate.

We have established relations with a large number of reputable education providers worldwide. Though, we are always ready to expand the range of programs offered and open to cooperation with new educational establishments.

Twice a year, DEC organizes specialized mini-fairs in Ukraine: “Best of British Education” in April, and “Higher Education Abroad” in October; we organize mini-fair “Education Worldwide” in Moldova once a year. We invite the leading education providers to participate in our events and attract target audience of prosperous Ukrainians to visit our educational fairs.
